If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out within 14 days of delivery—we’re always happy to help.

Because each item is custom-made, we’re unable to guarantee returns or refunds—but as a small business, your satisfaction truly matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to ensure you’re taken care of and things are made right.

Our Satisfaction Commitment

Although returns are offered on a case by case basis, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives with:
• Shipping damage
• Incorrect customization
• Missing or defective parts
• Issues with the RFID lock or mounting hardware

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement parts, or other appropriate solutions.



We do not offer returns or replacements for the following:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection or measurements
• Natural variations in wood tone, grain, or engraving depth
• Chips, scratches, or wear and tear caused by the customer after delivery
• Improper mounting or misuse of the product
