Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally. While we take great care in packaging our products, we are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us—we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Reporting Shipping Damage

If your item is damaged during shipping:
1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product
2. Email us within 14 days at homecarves@gmail.com
3. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue

We will assist in filing a shipping claim and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
